The long term operation strategy was to move the operational location to a more centrally located office to provide better coverage and be more approachable. It was decided TiSB should do this sooner rather then later, not only to be more accessible, but to be able to have more suitable space that meets our business model on a short and long term scale.

The Industry Skills Boards Board of Directors will remain spread across the country, continuing to work from their home offices, to provide a wider reach to our centres and the businesses registering with TiSB. Grantham will be managed by Operations, who will take responsibility for all aspects of the management and running of the head office. This will enable the remaining parts of the board focusing on tasks and specific job based objectives that are critical in response to the business strategy and current adopted business model.
